Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't answered here, please ring us — we're happy to talk it through.
- Is there a maximum class size?
- Yes. We cap every class at 16 people so the instructor can watch technique, offer hands-on support and learn everyone's name.
- Do I need to be fit?
- Not at all. Most people come to us precisely because they've lost fitness. You work at your own pace and every exercise has an easier option.
- What should I wear?
- Loose, comfortable clothes you can move in and flat, supportive shoes with a good grip. No special kit needed — please bring a bottle of water.
- Can beginners attend?
- Absolutely. Beginners are the heart of our classes. Arrive five minutes early for your first session and we'll settle you in.
- What if I have arthritis?
- Gentle, regular movement is one of the best things for arthritic joints. Tell us which joints are affected and we'll adapt every exercise, including seated options on flare-up days.
- Is there parking?
- Yes — all of our venues have free on-site parking, including accessible bays close to the entrance. Buses stop within a few minutes' walk of each hall.
