What we collect
Your name, contact details, and any health information you choose to share so we can keep you safe in class. Newsletter sign-ups store your email address only.
How we use it
To manage bookings, adapt exercises to your needs, contact you about class changes, and (with consent) send occasional newsletters. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking and health records are kept for three years after your last class, in line with our insurer's requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent. Email info@activelifenorfolk.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
