Booking and payment
Places are confirmed once booked. Pay as you go sessions are £8, payable on the day. Class passes cost £48 for seven classes and are valid for four months from purchase.
Cancellations
Please give 12 hours' notice to cancel so we can offer your place to someone else. Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend or family member.
Health and safety
You must complete a health questionnaire before your first class and tell us about any changes. If you have a medical condition, please check with your GP that exercise is suitable. Work within your own limits and stop if anything hurts.
Changes to classes
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a class. We'll give as much notice as possible and credit any prepaid session.
